- Sowing can be done in either open-field or nursery

Transplant of Seedlings
- Transplant is being done by hand. Depending on the variety, a plant population of 280 000 – 320 000 plants per hectare is being used

- Bees are used for pollination purposes

Harvesting, Drying & Cleaning

- Multiple harvests (2–4 times) are carried out by hand once umbels are ready
- Drying of umbels is performed using forced air
- Once ready, pre-cleaning is done on the farm and unclean seed is delivered to the KKSP facility in bulk bags for final cleaning and quality control
